RISE Collective recently undertook a second project at Ft. Bend Town Center, comprising two ground-up commercial sites/shells with a combined area of 16,000 square feet. This venture focuses on creating a multi-tenant retail space, contributing to the development and enhancement of the Ft. Bend Town Center area.
