Rickey Delahoussaye
After leaving the U.S. Air Force in 1992, Charles "Rickey" Delahoussaye found his passion in construction. With a degree in CAD Drafting and 29 years of experience, he has held the role of Vice President of Construction and is now responsible for managing over $1.6 billion in projects. His work at RISE Collective focuses on building a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Frank Knighten
Growing up in Sheldon, Texas, Frank was instilled with values of hard work, honor, and self-discipline. He began his career in commercial drywalling, which ignited his passion for construction. Committed to growth, Frank took on more complex projects and joined a general contracting firm in 2005. With 26 years of experience, he now contributes to RISE Collective, applying the core values from his upbringing to drive excellence.
