RISE Collective successfully revitalized an unoccupied tenant space, turning it into The Stand Restaurant. The extensive remodel encompassed a complete transformation, including the installation of a full kitchen, a inviting dining area, and a charming outdoor patio for patrons to enjoy. The project posed unique challenges, situated on the first floor of an 8-story building with residential units occupying the seven stories above. Careful coordination was paramount to ensure minimal disruption and a smooth integration within the building.
