Upon leaving the United States’ Airforce in 1992, Charles “Rickey” Delahoussaye began his search for a lifelong career. It wasn’t long after that he found his passion in construction, receiving a degree in CAD Drafting and securing a position as Vice President of Construction at a small general contracting firm. Today, Rickey applies the wisdom accumulated through 28 years of experience, managing over $1.2 billion in construction to fortify a culture of performance and collaboration at RISE.

When he's not in the office, the field, or the gym, you can find Rickey at home with his wife Wendy and their six children .
